At JitsGrips.com, we stand behind our products. If at any point the sleeve pieces of your JitsGrips Grip Training system fail due to material or workmanship during normal use over the course of six (6) months, we will send a replacement pieces to you. This guarantee ONLY applies to the sleeve pieces and bar straps – DOES NOT INCLUDE LATEX RESISTANCE BANDS. So, for example, if you stitching comes loose or the material rips, we’ve got you covered. If you drop your product in acid or catch it on fire we can’t really help you (but we would like to see pictures).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refund will be based on the price you paid for the product at the time of purchase. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).If you need to return an item, simply CONTACT US and explain your reason for returning the item along with photos (if applicable).
